Soggy hands, long shower?

Okay, I've had this before lol, I'm not dumb. If you take a long shower or bath your hands are going to end up soggy-like. But its been over a day, my hands have dried, but they still have the appearance of being soggy! How do I make this go away. D: Never had this problem before I think...
