I think I might have dyslexia!?
Some of these things (ie. Words squishing together, thinking one thing then writing another, copying incorrectly, and hearing things wrong) sound very much like you might have dyslexia, if you're really worried about it I would go find a specialist in disorders like this one and have them check. When reading, try following along with your finger under the words and see if that doesn't help with getting the words mushed in with each other. It seems dorky, but it really does help. Math concepts and word problems don't usually have anything to do with dyslexia, though they could I suppose if you're reading the question wrong. More likely it's just that you have trouble visualizing the situations mathematically, and there's nothing wrong with that. If you want help with that I would suggest trying a math tutor. I'm old and can't tell the time on a clock with hands right away either, that's something that takes practice. I also still count on my fingers some of the time, so long as you don't do it for "yah duh" stuff like 2+2 or 5-1 I think you're probably fine. Never Eat Soggy Waffles was made to be used, even by many adults, so there's probably nothing wrong there. Knowing that you are a kinesthetic learner is a huge bonus, in my opinion, because knowing how you learn really helps you to learn better in the long run, and will help you make sense of all sorts of problems in the future. Overall, I'd say with your grades you haven't got anything major to worry about.
