Do you ever wet your dogs' dry kibble?

Just wondering, I put my dogs food in a strainer or cheesecloth and just run it under water so its not soggy but is moist on the outside(still crunches), dry food does not keep dogs teeth clean, that is a myth! Its like if I ate cereal for oral hygene ... so don't bring that up... again just wondering if y'all ever do that.
