Whats the best way to keep breakfast burritos warming during a party?

I'm making about 100 breakfast burritos, for a party in work. My plan was to wrap them individually in foil and put them on a raised rack in a roasting pan to keep warm. Since the pan will hv some water to create a warm stream, i dont know if theyll just get soggy and ruined. Any tips from people who have experience keeping foods hot for serving, would be appreciated.
